21/11/09 - Day Trip to Cameron Highlands

Peugeot Club Malaysia has again organized a quick day trip to Cameron Highlands on November 21st, 2009,  gathering a total of 12 Pugs. Convoy began from Klang Valley consisted of 9 Pugs (including one convoy from Melaka) rendezvous at Sungai Buloh Rest and Relax area at 8am. After a quick breakfast, the Klang Valley convoy pushed off to Tapah at 8am sharp and regrouped @ Tapah toll exit to join the Perak convoy.


From Tapah toll exit, PCM KV met with 3 other PCM Perak members before climbing up the 5000 feet of Cameron Highlands. In the middle of the climb, they had a quick recharge of Nasi Lemak at Lata Iskandar and had a quick photo session.


At Kea Farm, PCM made a stop to enjoy the sweet, raw and fresh corn and strawberry products. Bro Badaley and Bro Zacke were among the hardcore market shoppers at the fresh market bringing home fresh vegetables, corns, strawberries, etc.

After shopping at the fresh market, they all adjourned to the main agenda of the trip, Ye Olde SmokeHouse, for some fresh scones.


To some, this is their first English experience but as some might have heard, there is always a first time for everything!


After enjoying the nice, sweet and hot scones, all of the convoy had a quick photo shoot before adjourning back home.

08/11/09 - Autoworld 10th Anniversary with PCM

HAPPY 10th ANNIVERSARY Autoworld...
PCM would like to congratulates all Autoworld staff and express its gratitude for providing Peugeot owners the great forum and support to the club.

Its a great event and PCM had done its best to provide moral support with about 20 cars line up at the reserved parking space and all of them were given a goodie bag containing Autoworld yellow cap and some refreshment.

For PCM, as to appreciate the support given by the members, the lunch was on club during the TT Session at the nearby Mamak restaurant to extend the enjoyment meeting new members.

23/10/09 - PCM Grand Gathering at Perak and Penang

The annual family gathering of Peugeot Club Malaysia was held from 23rd to 25th of October 2009 at Clear Water Sanctuary Golf Resort (CWS), Batu Gajah, Perak and Penang. On the first day of this fun event, convoy of 10 Pugs from KV departed from Glenmarie, Shah Alam around 10am. They were met by a member from Kuantan, "ManKarat" at Tanjung Malim R&R, before proceeding to CWS meeting the rest of the members from northern and local Perak.

While regrouping at the Tanjung Malim R&R, there was a supprised treats by Mankarat and his family who brought along a gunny of durians fresh from his own farm and waiting no more they enjoyed the durian feast there. This is the history point where ManKarat was awarded the title of "ManDurian" instead. :-)

The BBQ Dinner begins around 8.30pm with welcome speeches by Perak Chairman Yeop, Event Manager Pumbaah and President Abangk, followed by photographic session till midnight.

The event did not end at that point but continued with midnight drive to Ipoh town for an extended TT session...

24th Oct 09 8 pugs continued their journey to Penang, departed from CWS around 11.30am escorted by Yeop and Azizi in his Mi16 until R&R Kuala Kangsar. The convoy stopped at Juru Auto City for lunch and check-in at Naza Hotel around 3.00pm and met another 4 more KV members who came earlier direct to Penang i.e LionKing, UncleD, Tnash & Megat206.

At 8.30pm Voon from Penang was leading them to a TT gathering at Sri Bayu Foods Paradise, Batu Fringgi where the rest of Penang members were there waiting for them. They enjoyed chatting, joking and laughting all night long until Sunday 1.30am 25th Oct 09...
